What will you do?
As the Marketing Analyst & Martech Specialist you will take full ownership of Rebtel’s end-to-end tracking, measurement, attribution, and marketing data infrastructure across our app and web platforms. You will take charge of evolving Rebtel’s MarTech ecosystem (mParticle, Adjust, Funnel, and other tools), maintaining efficient data flows, analyzing channel performance, evaluating attribution models, and experimenting with advanced measurement techniques such as causal impact or geo-lift studies to uncover actionable growth opportunities.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Take ownership of the end-to-end tracking and measurement plan for Rebtel’s app and web platforms.
Lead the continuous improvements of analytics frameworks, collaborating with growth, data, development, product, and CRM teams to meet their tracking requirements.
Lead the management and continuous improvement of Rebtel’s martech platforms (e.g. mparticle, etc).
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of data flow infrastructure.
Collaborate with data engineers on collecting accurate marketing data and create dashboards (e.g. in Looker) to meet the analytics needs for various teams.
Conduct in-depth analysis of digital channel performance assessing and experimenting with different attribution models and evaluation methods (e.g. casual impact, geo list).
Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within digital marketing teams or projects.
Proficiency in working with Google Analytics 4, Adjust, Mparticle or similar.
Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling leveraging tools such as Looker studio or similar.
Understanding of cross digital channel synergies and different attribution models, coupled with a grasp of latest trends in the area such as iOS14 and digital privacy.
Proven ability to collaborate across various teams in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with advanced analysis methods such as casual impact study, geo lift or similar is a plus.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. Braze) is a plus.
Fluency in written and spoken English at a professional level.
