What will you do?
As the Analytics and Business Performance Manager you will be a key player in driving financial and operational understanding across the company and enabling faster, smarter decisions.
You will report directly to our CFO and lead the overall Analytics and Business Performance function, combining data, financial planning, and business insights to guide decision-making across the company.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Strategically and operationally lead the function that today consists of two colleagues
Drive forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning in collaboration with finance and department leads.
Partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership to drive insights that influence company direction.
Build, own and evolve company-wide KPI frameworks, dashboards, and standardized reporting.
Lead forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring clarity between actuals, outlook, and strategic goals.
Drive automation and scalability in financial and operational reporting.
Ensure alignment between local analytics resources and the central BI function to avoid duplication and increase impact.
Provide clear, data-driven storytelling in board and management reporting.
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience within Business performance, Business Intelligence, FP&A, or Business Controlling or similar, preferably in a tech, consumer, or telecom environment.
Proven experience leading analytical teams and working directly with senior leadership.
Strong understanding of financial metrics, data modeling, and performance management.
Advanced skills in BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Metabase), Excel/Sheets and SQL.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data to business decisions.
Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English
