What will you do?
As the CRM Growth Lead who will own and drive our customer lifecycle strategy, leveraging data to enhance user engagement and retention across different touch points. This is a high-impact role for a growth-minded marketer passionate about personalization at scale and creating lifecycle journeys that convert.
You will lead the vision and execution of our CRM function that consists of one CRM specialist. Working cross-functionally with Product, Data, Brand, and Customer Support teams to drive measurable results and sustainable user growth and retention ensuring consistent and culturally resonant messaging for our global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and optimize CRM strategy across the entire Rebtel user lifecycle, from onboarding to winback.
- Develop and own CRM KPIs and regularly report on campaign performance and learnings.
- Plan, launch, and iterate on campaigns to improve onboarding, upsell/cross-sell, reduce churn, and increase loyalty in collaboration with a CRM campaign specialist.
- Work with data and analytics teams to develop predictive models (e.g. churn likelihood, propensity to purchase) for micro-segments to deliver relevant, timely, and personalized communication.
- Ownership over CRM tools (Braze) and ensure efficient automation, targeting, and A/B testing setups.
Requirements
4–7+ years in CRM & lifecycle marketing, ideally in B2C tech, mobile app, or subscription business.
Deep knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Leanplum, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).
Strong analytical mindset; experience working with SQL and customer data platforms (CDPs) is a plus.
Proven ability to execute A/B tests and iterate quickly based on insights. Passion for customer-centric growth, retention, and behavioral psychology.
Experience working with multicultural or global audiences is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and project management skills; able to drive initiatives across departments.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
